Alfa Roemeo GTV 200
The Alfa Romeo 2000 GTV was the successor of the famous GTA which was mainly suited for tarmac rallying and racing. The aluminium panels and racing suspension of the GTA were not very rugged. The GTV was an all-steel construction with a 2-litre aluminium engine. But Alfa did not make much of the potential and so the GTV was mainly used in Group 1 tune and scored many class wins. In the 1973 Monte Carlo Rally, Gerard Larrousse managed a class win and came 19th overall.
